Quotation
- User agencies can search registered product information and request quotations from vendors via Venture Nara to verify supply prices based on purchase quantity and delivery terms
- Vendors receiving quotation requests can submit quotations through Venture Nara
Orders and Contracts
- Orders and contracts are processed by selecting one of the following: purchase order preparation, contract preparation, or contract request to the Public Procurement Service
Purchase Order Preparation
- User agencies may place orders through Venture Nara after receiving and reviewing quotations in the following cases
- When the estimated price is 20 million won or less under Article 30, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party" or the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which Local Governments are Parties"
- When the estimated price is 50 million won or less under Article 30, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party” or the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which Local Governments are Parties," and the ordering vendor meets the requirements established by the Minister of Strategy and Finance as a women-owned enterprise under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Act on Support for Women's Enterprises," a disabled-owned enterprise under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Act on Facilitation of Business Activities of Disabled Persons," a social enterprise under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Social Enterprise Promotion Act," a social cooperative under Article 2, Item 3 of the “Framework Act on Cooperatives," a self-support enterprise under Article 18 of the "National Basic Living Security Act," or a village enterprise under Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 9 of the "Special Act on Support and Promotion of Urban Regeneration”

Contract Preparation
- User agencies may prepare contracts through Venture Nara after receiving and reviewing quotations in the following cases
- When the private contract grounds under Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party" apply
- When the private contract grounds under Article 25, Paragraph 1, Item 4 or Item 6(d) of the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which Local Governments are Parties" apply
Contract Request to Public Procurement Service
- For Venture Nara registered products eligible for private contracts, if the purchase amount exceeds the estimated price of 50 million won, a procurement request can be submitted to the Public Procurement Service through the National e-Procurement System
Inspection, Payment, etc.
- Matters related to inspection and payment follow each user agency's standard procurement procedures
